Our most popular size fascinator base, this 10.5cm (4.13 inches) round fascinator base is made from a double layer of stiffened sinamay millinery fabric. Trimmed at the edges with matching sinamay, it has a gentle curve that sits nicely on the head.
Add trims straight on to sinamay with glue or by hand sewing. Can be attached to the head with elastic, hair comb or headband (not included).
