Our 13.5cm (5.31 inch) round fascinator bases are made from a double layer of uber-high quality stiffened sinamay millinery fabric. It's a fabulous sized base for a wide range of fascinators and small hat styles. Trimmed with matching sinamay around the edges it has a gentle curve that sits nicely on the head.
Add trims straight on to sinamay with glue or by hand sewing. Can be attached to the head with elastic, hair comb or headband (not included).
